We stand behind our digitizing and vector orders we provide to each customer. Your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us at support@usdigitizing.com or by phone at 210-858-7210.

U.S. Digitizing  LLC, may offer a company credit, in lieu of a refund, to be used on your next digitizing or vector order, at our sole discretion.  The determination of a company credit will be dealt with on a case by case basis and is at our sole discretion.  You must contact us before for a company credit can be given and you must receive prior approval from U.S. Digitizing  LLC to access the company credit.
